Your interview will be a 30-40 minute conversation with a Snowbird staffer on our hiring team. The conversational format will include questions about your spiritual growth and testimony, your approach to biblical relationships, and other related topics.

3. Doctrine questions
We’ll send over the doctrine section after your interview.
