We must spend consistent time with the Lord through reading Scripture; it is essential for our spiritual growth. It is easy to get distracted by good things like school, work, and even relationships with friends and family, but we must remember what the most important thing is what we do with Jesus. Spending time in the Word teaches us more about Christ’s character as He makes Himself known to us through it. The Lord changes us from the inside out as we abide in His Word.
