What God has Joined Together, Let Man Not Separate (Marriage)

What God has brought together, men cannot separate. Marriage is a unique relationship where a man and woman come together to be one. This commitment is not supposed to be broken but it is under attack in our culture today. Christians should be the leading example of how the Lord intended marriage to operate. You have a short amount of time to preach the Gospel through your marriage. Make it count!
We need to be playing the proper roles in marriage. Wives need to submit to the leadership of their husbands and husbands need to love and understand their wives, and lead them properly. If you’re using your marriage for your own selfish satisfaction then this is not a picture of the Gospel. You’re showing a false picture of the oneness that we see in the Trinity.
He has created us to reflect the perfect relationship that exists within the godhead, that’s why we’re not supposed to rip it apart. We can’t rip it apart, just like we can’t rip up the Trinity.
We were created for this and called to do it well.
