Biblical Aspects of Masculinity

Our society is attacking the identity and role of men at an alarming rate. Masculine traits and characteristics are being removed, so we need to look to the Bible and refocus on our purpose.

What has God called men to do and be?

In this episode, Brody looks at 1 Samuel 14 and Michael Foster’s book, “It’s Good to be a Man”. Foster examines the core Biblical aspects of masculinity. Men are called to be providers, warriors, and leaders — in their homes, churches, and communities. And, it all began when God designed Adam to lead and work and keep the garden.

Let’s stop complaining. Let’s stop making excuses and be the men God has called us to be.

“Biblical masculinity is the glad assumption of sacrificial responsibility.”

Doug Wilson
