Don’t Trade Your Inheritance
Rob Conti : Pure and Holy : Genesis 25:21-25 : Feb. 9, 2018
For believers—is there anything in this world that compares to our eternal inheritance in Christ? God promised Abraham an invaluable inheritance that his family would receive one day. In a moment of weakness, Abraham’s grandson, Esau, traded this inheritance to his brother for a mere bowl of soup. He traded the blessing of the Lord on his family for temporary satisfaction. What will you trade for the momentary, fleeting pleasures of sin? Will you trade your inheritance in Christ?
