Jesus has given us sex as an amazing experience inside of marriage and in that way, it is very fulfilling. But when we practice it the world’s way, it brings pain and scarring and consequences. The world teaches us that what we do with our physical body does not matter as long as we are “good people”. This is a lie. Our bodies and what we do with them matter to Jesus because our souls and our bodies are connected. We were bought by Him with a price, so we are to obey Jesus and his plan for us.
Jesus bought our freedom from sin, sexual oppression, and dominion. Submit your sexuality to Jesus and let Him show you freedom from the sexual demands of those who pressure you otherwise. Do not let the world dominate your will and your conscience to make you do something that Christ died to save you from.
