We Must Always Be Reminded Of The Gospel

In 2 Peter 1:12-15, Peter speaks of the reality of your faith according to God’s knowledge and promises. Your faith rests in who Jesus is and what he’s done for you, not what you’ve done or could ever do for yourself. This should give us confidence.
What should our response be? Our knowledge of God needs to be stirred up daily. We need to constantly remind ourselves of the Gospel. Real faith sweats. Finishing well requires returning to things that we’ve already learned.
You can never outgrow the good news—so keep pursuing it.
