In 2 Samuel 17, David grieves the death of Saul and Jonathan.

In this session, Rob walks through David’s lament. His personal grief was poured out to the Lord. We were made to know and love God forever, but many of us have felt the sting of death.

We cannot save ourselves.

David had no power to rescue Jonathan, but Jesus has full power to rescue you. Jesus tore through the veil of death. You were made by Jesus and for Jesus — so, your labor is not in vain. Let’s serve our churches and families well.
