JoyBeth Kidd

JoyBeth Kidd (JB) is originally from Marietta, GA. You might recognize JB from the No Sanity Required podcast. She is our podcast editor and producer and helps lead our LMNT high-school team in the summers. JB also serves as a speaker for some of our women's sessions and breakouts for girls.

She first came to SWO as a camper from 2014-2017 and began working on Summer Staff In 2021. She then joined the SWO Institute in 2022. After completing her bachelor’s degree at Carson Newman in Human Exceptionalities, she returned in 2024 to help lead our LMNT high school team.

“I knew I wanted to serve my summer somewhere. I have always been passionate about student ministry and loved Snowbird as a camper, so I applied! I love how sound Snowbird’s teaching is and the great community here. I love the fast pace and high adventure aspect of working here as well! I have grown so much being here, and I love the community as well. I have always been super drawn to student ministry and advancing the Gospel, and Snowbird does both!“
